Modernization and manufacturing of new pumping equipment<\/h2>\n

One of the areas of work of “TRIZ” is the modernization of pumping equipment on its own technology. The goal of modernization is to increase the efficiency and reliability of the pumps.
\nThe cost-effectiveness and reliability of pumping equipment is characterized both by the flow-through part and the shaft sealing systems, the vibration condition of the rotor, and the bearing units. Each modernization is preceded by a detailed analysis of the operation of the base pump and the reasons for its failure.<\/p>\n

Often the operating conditions dictate the use of the unit, the design of which is fundamentally different from the standard.
